Qigong Massage for Your Child with Autism: A Home Program from Chinese Medicine with online materials:

This book and online video package is a training guide for parents to implement the QST massage program at home. The program is an evidence-based therapy for autism that decreases the severity of autism, improves behavior and promotes social skills. The book and online video give easy, step-by-step, detailed instructions for parents to use with their children. (NOTE: These materials are not adequate to train professionals. If you intend to treat children as a professional, you must take a course to become a certified QST therapist or parent trainer.)

My Child’s First Year of Massage: A Parent Workbook

This is a workbook for parents as they undertake their child’s first year of QST massage. The heart of the workbook is a weekly parent journal for parents to record the massage, alternating with weekly letters to encourage, support, and empower parents to get the most out of the year for their child. It also contains the new information we have learned since publishing the first book.

Self-Care Qigong – Digital Download

This 19-minute qigong exercise program was developed for use by parents and practitioners who give qigong massage. The program helps you clear the body of toxins and is a gentle way to relax and energize yourself every day.
