Meet Our Master Trainers

Maria Broderick

Maria has been a QST therapist since 2007 and a master trainer for QST therapists since 2014.  She came to her position with 18 years of experience as a developmental psychologist and 6 years of experience practicing pediatric Chinese medicine.  Maria offers the annual East-coast training for QST therapists. She is available to offer QST Therapist training on-site to organized groups of 6-10 eligible students.

Sue Clayton

Sue became a QST therapist in 2012 and Master Trainer for QST therapists in 2015. She has over 25 years experience in pediatric occupational therapy and is passionate about working with children and families. Sue also works as a clinical educator for OT students and runs a private practice in Adelaide, South Australia.

Matthew Elliott

Matthew Elliott has been a master trainer since 2015 and has been working as a therapist and parent trainer for QSTI since 2013. He has taught and lectured in early childhood special education programs, and has worked closely with Dr. Silva, offering therapy and collecting data for her research. He continues to work with children affected by autism, Down syndrome and other developmental delays. He is a licensed acupuncturist, living in Portland, Oregon.

Rosimery Bergeron

Rosimery has been a QST therapist since 2010, a QST parent trainer course moderator since 2014 and a QST master trainer for QST therapists since 2017. She came to her position with 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist of children and families. Rosimery also has an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling and experience in body psychotherapy. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, and offers the QST-1 Parent Training online course in Portuguese.

Rosimery tem sido uma terapeuta QST desde 2010, mestre no Treinamento QST para Profissionais Treinadores de Pais desde 2010 e uma mestre no treinamento QST para Terapeutas desde 2017. Ela veio para essa posição, com 25 anos de experiência como psicóloga clínica de crianças e famílias e 4 anos de experiência como terapeuta QST. Ela também tem mestrado em Psicologia da Reabilitação e experiência em Psicoterapia Corporal. Ela é fluente em Português e Inglês, e coordena o Treinamento QST para Profissionais Treinadores de Pais no Brasil, com acompanhamento on-line.

Orit Tal-Atzili, OTD, OTR/L

Orit has been a QST therapist since 2015, and a QST master trainer since April 2018. Orit has practiced pediatric occupational therapy since 1997. She currently provides services at the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program in Maryland. Orit earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from Chatham University in 2016, where she focused her doctorate work on QST. She conducted an evidence-based pilot project that examined the implementation of QST in early intervention (published in the Journal of Occupational Therapy, Schools, and Early Intervention in May, 2017). Following excellent results of her project, Orit established a countywide QST program, including training of more QST therapists. She continues to provide QST services to families on a daily basis, and is extremely excited to see the amazing results again and again. Orit’s vision is to make QST accessible to all families with young children with or at-risk for autism through Part-C federally funded early intervention programs. 

Adrienne Harvey

Adrienne has been a master trainer for QST therapists and QST online course moderator since 2015, and became a QST therapist in 2012. She came to her position with 15 years of experience as an occupational therapist, specializing in pediatrics. Adrienne lives in northwest Wyoming near Yellowstone National Park with her husband and three children.

Leo Wenli Zhu

Leo has been a master trainer for QST therapists since 2015. He has participated in Dr. Silva’s research as a QST therapist since 2013. He is a Licensed Acupuncturist and has been living in Oregon for 6 years. He is fluent in both Chinese and English and translated Dr.Silva’s book into Chinese. He is the lead QST trainer for China.

Sophie Durocher-Noël

Sophie has been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist since 2006 & has been the first QST Certified Canadian in 2012. She then became a QST Master Trainer in 2025. She has extensive experience with children with ASD & as per her knowledge & experience, QST is by far the most effective therapy there is for helping those children along with children with sensory challenges. She constantly loves to see children blossom when using such. Sophie practices & lives in Montreal, Canada.

Tasneem Kinaci

Tasneem has been a QST Certified Therapist since 2022 and a QST Master Trainer since 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy to her role. Based in Toronto, she owns and operates a private pediatric occupational therapy practice dedicated to supporting children in reaching their fullest potential through compassionate, family-centered care.

Tasneem is deeply passionate about the QST approach and the meaningful impact it has had on the families she has supported throughout her career. Through her clinical work, she has witnessed firsthand how QST can help improve sensory processing, self-regulation, and behavioral challenges in children with ASD, while also strengthening the parent-child bond and reducing parenting stress. She is inspired by the positive changes QST can create in children’s participation, confidence, and overall quality of life, and is committed to sharing this knowledge with therapists and families alike. As a QST Master Trainer, Tasneem hopes to help expand the reach of QST globally so that more children, families, and professionals around the world can benefit from its transformative approach.

Pam Tindall

Pam received her training as a QST therapist from Dr. Silva in 2008. She has been a master trainer for QST therapists since 2013. She and Dr. Silva co-developed the QST Parent Trainer online course and co-wrote the QST workbook for parents – My Child’s First Year of QST Massage. Pam came to her position with over 20 years of experience working with children and youth. She offers the annual West-coast training for QST Therapists. Pam is available to offer QST Therapist training on-site to organized groups of 6-10 eligible students.

Linda Poling

Linda has been a QST therapist since 2006, an online course moderator since 2015, and a QST master trainer since 2016. Linda came to her position with 45 years of experience as an occupational therapist, 25 years of experience as a craniosacral therapist, and 12 years of experience as a massage therapist. She has a daughter with autism and Down syndrome. Linda consulted with Dr. Silva in the writing of the parent manual for the QST Down syndrome protocol. She offers the QST-1 online course and is a trainer for the QST-2a Down syndrome course.
