Case Work Copy
- Write your note using the QST Treatment SOAP Note template (link is in “Important Links” at the top of the Supervision course)
- Post Case Notes 7 & 8 to the Discussion Forum topic with your name immediately after each treatment session.
Enter the Forum
- Include techniques used, adjustments made, what you did, what the parents did, and how did the child respond.
- Notify your supervising Master Trainer that you posted your note.
- Review the feedback from your supervising Master Trainer before your next Tx.
- Schedule sessions 9 & 10
- Mark this topic as complete after conclusion of the requested tasks.
