Shipping and Handling 

Orders are processed within one to three business days. 

United States shipping and handling rates:
$5.00 for U.S. Postal Service media mail
$8.00 for U.S. Postal Service priority mail
$22.00 for U.S. Postal Service express mail

Outside of the United States: 
$15.00 for U.S. Postal Service priority mail
Note for shipments outside of U.S.:  Shipping takes approximately 10 business days, but sometimes longer due to the recipient country's postal system and/or during busy holiday seasons. If a shipment is not received overseas, QSTI will not send a new shipment until 2 months after the original mailing was sent.

Returned Mail:
If an order is returned to QSTI due to an incorrect address given by the customer, the customer will be billed for shipping and handling a second time. If the returned package was originally sent via media mail, the customer will be billed $3.00 (in addition to the shipping and handling charge) to cover the cost of the postage for the returned package.  (When packages are mailed via media mail, the sender is charged postage to have the package returned.)
