Eligibility Criteria for Children to Participate in a QSTI Training Program
For QST-1 and 2, a student must recruit a family with a child that meets the following criteria.

For QST-1 and 2, a student must recruit a family with a child that meets the following criteria.
- An educational or medical diagnosis of autism
- No psychotropic medications, e.g., Risperdal, and no chelation therapy during the training program
- Be under six years of age at the start of the training program
- Not in any intensive medical or behavioral interventions during the program
- Have no additional neurological disability, e.g., cerebral palsy or uncontrolled seizures
- The student may not be a family member or otherwise directly involved in providing care to the child
