This

parents on how to implement a program in their home that has been shown
to improve symptoms of autism. The core part of the program is a
fifteen-minute massage that parents give their child once a day for at
least five months. The book and DVD give detailed, easily understood,
step-by-step instructions for parents in the massage as well as
information from Chinese medicine to help them understand their child's
autism. The program has been shown to help children sleep better, have
less aggression, transition more easily, decrease self-injurious
behaviors and improve eye contact, language and social skills. This

Good Job! Helping Families with Autism This documentary film shows the emotional journey of families and children
with autism participating in a qigong massage program. Made by Donna Read, an award-winning documentary filmmaker with 30 years of experience at the National Film Board of Canada,
the film shares tender images of how families are affected by the
autism diagnosis, and how they come to understand helping their child
